These are not terms normally heard in
the custom window and door industry...


We have been building windows and
doors for over 25 years now! There have
been many refinements to the product
and the processes we use to build these
incredible windows and doors.
These product refinements have
culminated in a  design of windows and
doors that reflects the input of many of
our nations top architects to enhance
the beauty of the product along with the
experience of our top notch designers
and superior manufaturing team to
create a beautiful, weathertight, full
product line that can satisfy any new
construction needs as well as most
renovation work.
After months of extensive training in
LEAN Manufacturing techniques we
have sharpened our manufacturing
processes. The latest round of
improvements in manufacturing has
included adding cutting edge CNC
machinery. We have moved well beyond
 other manufacturers by installing a
second (5 Axis) CNC router, CNC
Moulder, CNC Shaper, and CNC Grille
Manufacturing Center. This new system
of manufacturing allows us to build
product in reduced batch sizes(or one
window at a time) and complete orders
with a shorter lead time. By linking the
AutoCad drawings to the  programs that
have been written for the equipment, it
allows us to change sizes quickly and
repeat the process day after day to
increase output. The only way this
system works is to use the tried and true
designs and profiles that we have

Double Hung Window Details
We have nearly
completed our
Zone 3 test on
our Double
Hung window.
We have
achieved a DP
rating of 70 and
have passed 2
of 3 impact
tests. We are
scheduled to
complete the
test in early
September so
please keep
checking to see
when the
certification
will be
complete!!
